BrandCamp Workshops

A refreshed identity and toolkit for an interactive brand workshop series

BrandCamp is a live workshop series developed by Conspire to help small businesses define and communicate their brand through guided exercises and hands-on design support.

I led the visual rebrand and collateral system, creating a more cohesive and engaging experience for participants (“BrandCampers”) across both the workshop environment and take-home materials.

Identity System

The original BrandCamp identity didn’t fully reflect the energy and approachability of the in-person experience. I developed a refreshed visual system that balances structure with play, making the content feel more accessible while still grounded in strategy.

The identity draws on camp-inspired motifs to create a warm, recognizable theme, using organic shapes, earthy colors, and flexible layouts to support a range of applications. The system was designed to feel inviting and low-pressure, helping participants engage more comfortably with brand strategy work that can often feel abstract or intimidating.

Camping Supplies

To support the workshop experience, I designed a cohesive set of materials used throughout the sessions. Each participant received a branded collateral kit including worksheets, t-shirts, and sticker sheets, giving them both practical tools and a more immersive, memorable experience.

I also provided art direction for environmental and presentation materials, including roll-up banners and a workshop slide deck (designed by colleague Izzy Cook), ensuring consistency across the physical space.

As part of the experience, participants were invited to share reflections via postcard, which were later repurposed as testimonials for marketing and pitch materials.

Camper Quick Wins

Each participant left BrandCamp with a customized “Quick Win,” a piece of branded collateral designed to immediately support their business needs. I contributed to the design and execution of these assets, which ranged from event materials to sales sheets.

These deliverables helped translate workshop insights into practical, usable outputs, giving participants something tangible to apply right away.

“Coming into day one, I was nervous if we would fit in, but BrandCamp was amazing! Once we got started, I loved all the interaction and the laid-back scene. I was able to relax and be myself and learn while having fun!”

— Linda Burton / Founder, 614 NOTARY®

“We so appreciate everything everyone at Conspire has done for us. We were able to use our business cards at a national conference where we were exhibiting at the end of March!”

— Alicia Suguitan, MS / Director, Co-Founder, Edith Institute

“[The] BrandCamp workshop was full of insightful information. [Conspire] really works hard to make a business owner’s vision to come to light!”

— Gaby Edon / Founder, Girls L.E.A.P.

Outcome

The updated identity and collateral system created a more cohesive and engaging workshop experience, helping participants feel more comfortable interacting with brand strategy concepts while providing practical tools they could use beyond the sessions.
